Return/Exchange Policy

•  Exchanges on non-customized items are FREE (no restocking or shipping fees with the U.S. Standard shipping rates apply outside of the U.S.)
• We accept returns for refunds on non-customized pieces. Returns with medical lining customizations will be accepted (Restocking Fees Apply) Please read about 5-day window below.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized pieces, but we do offer a complimentary color adjustment with our "Color Guarantee"  
• Items marked "FINAL SALE" in the listing may not be returned or exchanged.

5-Day Window

Upon receiving the package (as per our courier-tracked delivery date) the client has a 5-day window to submit a return/exchange request and ship the item. Day 1 is the day of receiving your purchase according to our tracker. Return/Exchange requests should be submitted via email to Hello@WithLoveBeautyCollective.com. WLBC will provide a shipping label by email, this label must be used for all returns. Items sent to WLBC outside of the 5-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at the cost of the client. Holidays and Weekends do count as calendar days, please be mindful of this when submitting your order. No exceptions.

Condition of the item & Eligibility

All items must be returned to With Love Beauty Collective in their original condition with original packaging and all tags intact with the shipping label we provide. The piece must be unwashed, unaltered, without signs of wear or damage, and without additional lace cutting. Wigs and Toppers are only eligible for exchange or return if they have not been customized for the client, this includes: Lace Tinting, Silk Tinting, Custom Color, Custom Cuts and any other alterations requested by the client (Custom Medical Lining wigs are accepted, please see restocking fee).

Refunds and Restocking Fees

Refunds for qualifying returned items will be issued within 7 business days of WLBC receiving the return. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

No, our wigs are meant for a glueless application unless otherwise stated on the listing. You can choose to use tape if you’d like, we offer PU installement for those who wear tape daily.

At With Love Beauty Collective we are all about giving you the most natural look, which is why most of our wigs are lace-top with wefted backs.

Choose the statement below that best reflects your current state to know which type of piece is right for you:

I have very little or no biological hair. We recommend our Lace-Front wigs for full coverage. Our wig caps provide the ultimate comfort of a soft lace top and a stretchy mesh lining lining in the back. All of our wigs have adjustable elastic straps within the wig cap for a perfect fit.

I have biological hair, but it’s thinning at the hairline and/or crown. We recommend a silk base. The most important detail to note with toppers and partial wigs is that you must have enough hair to support the clip. for example, if you are thinning in a 2x4" area at the crown, you will need at least a 3x5" topper base to fasten the clips in an area with more hair. This is important in protecting the integrity of your existing hair.

I have an average amount of hair, I just want more volume at the crown. We recommend a 3x5" topper for some extra "oomph". You can use a silk base topper for density at the front or a monofilament topper for more volume at the crown and a less defined part.

Due to my medical condition or current treatment my head is very sensitive. All of our wigs are designed to be soft and comfortable, the softgrip headband fastening method is a great place to start. Your comfort is our priority.

Fastening Methods Explained:

Comfort headband - Our most recommended fastening method for beginners, you simply pop your wig on right over the headband. Our headbands are made of a soft, stretchy material and includes lace at the parting to make for a seamless transition. The comfort grip headband option is free, The wig will still come with clips at the temples and a comb , you can request to have them removed at checkout in the notes section. Option to add velvet in place of clips is also available.

Clips and Comb -  A standard and simple method of fastening your wig, this one is best for those with enough biological hair to safely attach the clips without causing excess tension on the hair.

Medical Lining - a great option for those with little to no biological hair. Silicone is placed in the nape and crown areas and Polyurethane is added to the Ear tabs to safely apply tape to the wig. Medical linings are fully customizable. To customize, please select the medical lining option and leave a note at checkout where you would like the silicone and PU placement. ( I.E. Silicone on Ear Tabs, Nape and Crown, No PU, Silk top lining) - we will reach out to confirm.

Our wigs and Toppers are made from Mongolian, European or Soft Brazilian hair. The texture is always soft and medium-fine unless otherwise stated or requested. All of our pieces are made with premium quality Remy hair, this means that all of the hair on your piece came from a single donor. Our hair is minimally processed and gently colored to guarantee healthy looking hair,minimal shedding and no tangles.

Transparent swiss lace is meant to blend seamlessly with a wide range of skin, It provides an ultra-realistic look without the discomfort and fragility of other materials.

Of course! and there is no charge.

Our Transparent Swiss lace will blend with a wide variety of skin tones. If you believe the transparent lace or silk topper may be too light for your complexion, please reach out, we offer lace samples and lace tinting as a complimentary service. We highly recommend ordering lace samples before requesting this customization, lace tinting is considered an alteration and will make the wig final sale.

Yes, we typically cut the lace prior to shipping. We cut our lace in a wave formation to ensure the most blended hairline transition. You are free to cut your lace shorter upon receiving your wig, however, this will be considered an alteration and the wig will not be exchangeable or returnable.

Sizing may vary based upon one's head shape, how they prefer the wig to fit, and how much hair they have to tuck into the cap. Due to the nature of being constructed by hand, these can also vary by as much as 1/4" and many clients can fit into more than 1 size.  Please be sure to measure your head to avoid purchasing the incorrect size.

Using a soft tape measure, follow the measurements pictured at the bottom of this page. It is helpful to have another person do this for you or to do this in a mirror to ensure the tape measure is in the right position. We can also walk you through this in a virtual consultation. Use your measurements to find the corresponding size. All of our wig caps do have stretch and adjustable straps.

When measuring for a topper, keep in mind that the topper base will need to extend at least 1” beyond the area of hair loss - this is because the clips on the topper will need a secure area of hair to clip in to without causing any damage or further hair loss.

Silk Base Topper - Silk base toppers are constructed with two layers of fabric: One layer of lace and one layer of silk . The Silk Base has the most realistic scalp look for those that like to wear a defined part. The Silk layer appears just like a real scalp, hiding all the knots and making the topper virtually undetectable. Silk Base toppers are the most realistic, most comfortable and most breathable option we offer.

Mono Base - Individual hairs are tied to a lightweight and breathable mesh material. The Monofilament Base is versatile and extremely durable. They give a realistic look, but are not meant for a super defined part, therefore they are a great option for those that like to wear their hair with volume on top. The free parting offers many styling options and a huge range of possibilities. Mono Toppers are generally a lower priced item than Silk toppers.

Yes, All of our wigs with dark hair have bleached knots to give the most realistic look. We use a gentle process to maintain the integrity of the hair. We do not recommend further bleaching of the knots as this can cause damage to the knots and result in excess shedding.

Show your wig/topper some love! There are several factors that play a part in determining the lifespan of your - the biggest factor being proper wig/topper care.

Our website provides you with  all of the education and tools you need to  properly care for your new piece. Following our instructions diligently will improve the life of your piece.

Despite the highest standards for quality materials and hair, we cannot definitely guarantee the lifespan  of your topper or wig because it is very much dependent on the clients care.

Yes! All of our wigs and toppers are “freeparting” this means the parting can be change by wetting the hair with a spray bottle or washing the wig and simply blowdrying it into the parting you want.

These are called “end hairs”, they are a normal and necessary part of any hand tied wig. The best way to tame end hairs is buy a clear gel mascara to brush them down. Do not overuse this product or saturate the hair with it.

Yes! You will find that our wigs and toppers hold a curl very well. Our high quality 100% Human Hair will wow you with its ability to hold a style. Just don’t forget to use a heat protector!
